This week, STRZ production team completed the inspection and packaging process for ground screw orders, ensuring all products meet export quality standards before shipment.
During the inspection, our quality control team focused on:
Thread accuracy and welding strength
Hot-dip galvanizing coating thickness and surface condition
Dimension consistency according to customer drawings
All ground screws were randomly sampled and tested to ensure compliance with technical requirements.
Packaging Process Improvement
To better protect products during long-distance sea transportation, we optimized the packaging method this week:
