Designed with reference to the popular 14-3/4 inch specification, this strap hinge features an elegant classic spear-end silhouette on both the leaf base and strap tip. The overall length reaches 373.4 mm, with a robust plate thickness of 5.5 mm and a hinge barrel diameter of 29.5 mm. Strategically arranged screw holes spread load evenly across timber panels to effectively reduce door sagging over long-term use.

Crafted from forged mild steel as standard, this functional hinge is far more than decorative hardware. Optional upgrades include stainless steel for coastal environments, alongside a wide range of finishing choices: matte black powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing, Geomet, antique bronze and hand-waxed finishes to satisfy both interior and exterior projects. Customers may also select a removable lift-off pin for convenient door dismounting.

Unlike butt hinges that require mortising, this surface-mounted strap hinge can be fitted directly onto doors and frames without routing, greatly simplifying on-site installation.
