Sunstone Ensures Quality and Transparency in Nail Production and Shipments with End-to-End Customer Validation

Sunstone has announced a comprehensive quality assurance process for its nail production and shipments, underscoring its commitment to reliability, material integrity, and customer collaboration. The procedure, which spans pre-production sampling, packaging design, raw material sourcing, pallet requirements, and final quality inspection, is designed to meet rigorous international standards while accommodating specific client needs.

Before any mass production begins, Sunstone provides samples for customer confirmation. Meanwhile, packaging designs are finalized, ensuring that visual and protective requirements align with the client’s expectations. Once the samples are approved, full-scale manufacturing proceeds using strictly Q235 steel – a grade chosen for its superior hardness and tensile strength over the weaker Q195 alternative. “Using Q235 guarantees that the nails drive easily, hold firmly, and deliver a long service life,” our product engineer explained.

Throughout production, Sunstone maintains close communication with buyers. After sample approval, nails are manufactured, packed, and placed onto pallets with meticulous attention to stability and safety. The standard pallet used is the EPAL-certified European solid wood pallet measuring 120×80 cm, with a top cover board thickness ranging from 1.0 to 1.5 cm. The gross weight of each pallet is normally kept below 800 kg. For heavier loads that exceed this limit, we proactively consult the customer to obtain consent before proceeding.

Before shipment, a strict quality inspection is conducted. The related inspection report is shared with the customer for final confirmation. Only after receiving the customer’s green light does Sunstone release the shipment. Quality control is not just a final step – it runs through every stage of production.
